Patricia Martinez de Runner, a citizen of Mexico, established Kino Bay Real Estate, the first permanent Real Estate company in Kino Bay Sonora in 1989. She is a graduate of the Technologic Institute, with a graduate degree in business administration. She was awarded the Licencia in "Business Administration Tourism", bye the Mexican Federal Goverment. She studied English as a second language at the University of Arizona, and is bilingual.

Kino Bay Real Estate is open Monday though Saturday, and Sunday afternoon by appoinment.
